How it works, one word at a time

1. 1A new token carries a word in its name. That launch is stored, and its meaningful words become terms.
2. 2Other wallets reuse that word in new token names, on other launchpads or chains. Each distinct name adds to replication.
3. 3Soon that word turns up in searches, reading lists, forum threads or social posts, X included. That counts as culture.
4. 4Once a term clears one of three promotion paths, it becomes a Symbol with a number, a state and an attention score from 0 to 100.
5. 5Open it to see every launch and post behind each count. Research writes a cited report, and Forge turns it into a launch you deploy yourself.

meta

A narrative many launches share at once, usually a word or phrase that unrelated tokens reuse. On Symbolics, a meta shows up as a Symbol.

Symbol

A term that cleared a promotion path. It gets a number, a state, an attention score and a list of evidence. Written in capitals with a leading tick; spaces become hyphens.

term

Any word or short phrase pulled from a token name, a trend or article title, or a category. Most terms never become Symbols.

source family

One source, such as pump.fun or X.

culture source

A source where people search, read or talk: Coin searches, Web searches, Reading, Forum, Social and X. Listing or promoting a token never counts as culture.

attention

Rated 0 to 100: a weighted mean of replication, velocity, creators, spread and market.

velocity

Change in mention rate, recent window against baseline, in percent. +100% means mentions arrive twice as fast.

replication

Distinct token names carrying a term in 24h. Clones of one name count once.

creators

Distinct creator wallets, posting accounts and forum threads behind mentions in 24h.

spread

Distinct channels in 24h. A channel is a source plus its lane: a chain, a board, a country, a language or an account list.

market

Summed 24h trading volume of tokens whose names carry a term, from pool and DexScreener readings.

confidence

How much evidence backs a reading: low, medium or high, set by rules. Research may never claim more.

colony

How a Symbol is drawn inside a dish. Size follows attention, ring style follows state.

incubating

A term on its way to becoming a Symbol, drawn as a small dashed spot. Its dots show names and culture sources so far against what its path needs.

Every number on a Symbol comes from stored items and fixed formulas. No model touches scores.

From words to terms

• ·Token names: words of 3 to 20 letters, plus "ai" and "og", minus filler such as coin, token, inu, chain names and launch slang. A word ending in coin, token or inu counts as its root. Adjacent word pairs count too, and a whole name of three words.
• ·Chinese, Japanese and Korean runs of 2 to 12 characters count as words. Blocked words never become terms.
• ·Search trend titles, article titles and coin categories are kept whole as one phrase when five words or fewer.
• ·Free text (posts, threads, launch descriptions, news lines) never creates terms. It only counts terms already tracked: Symbols, plus terms seen on 2 or more token names, or in a trend, article or search, within 3 days. That tracked set is rebuilt every 3 minutes.
• ·Social and X posts match only phrases, or single words that are already Symbols. On open social feeds a single word also needs crypto context nearby, like a $ticker or a word such as memecoin, chart or wallet. Words that hit over 0.4% of an hour of social posts count as ordinary language and stop matching.

Three paths to a Symbol

• meme · 3 distinct token names in 24h for a phrase, 4 for a single word
• crossover · at least 1 token name, plus mentions in 2 culture sources
• pre-market · mentions in 3 culture sources, even before any token uses it

Momentum Engine checks every candidate each time it runs, every 5 minutes.

Five parts of attention

• attention is a weighted mean of those five, 0 to 100. Velocity is left out until a baseline exists, and other weights rescale.
• windows · recent window is 2h while engine has listened under 24h, 6h after that. Baseline covers up to 48h before it and must be at least twice as long as recent window; until then velocity stays unrated.
• velocity · (recent per hour ÷ baseline per hour - 1) × 100, with baseline count floored at 1.
• confidence · high with 3 source families and 25 mentions in 24h, medium with 2 families or 10 mentions, low otherwise.
• history · one snapshot per Symbol each hour feeds its charts. Raw items are kept 7 days.

Checked top to bottom; first match wins. Dormant sits apart: a Symbol with no evidence left in any window drops to attention 0 and leaves lists until new evidence arrives.

Research writes a report in ten parts about one Symbol, using stored evidence only. Its input is numbered: up to 14 token launches, 8 search or reading items, 10 posts and 5 forum threads, as E1, E2 and onward. Evidence text is treated as untrusted data, never as instructions.

Checks before a report is saved

• ·Refuses before any model call when a Symbol has fewer than 6 evidence items or fewer than 2 source families. No run is used.
• ·Every evidence id it cites must exist in its list.
• ·Every number must appear in metrics or evidence, within rounding. Small counts up to 3 and calendar years pass.
• ·Each strongest signal must cite evidence. Origin must cite evidence or say it is unclear.
• ·Confidence may not exceed what rules set.
• ·A failing draft gets one rewrite with its exact faults named. Whatever still fails is cut: unknown ids are stripped, a sentence with an unsupported number is dropped whole, uncited signals go, confidence is lowered.
• ·If summary or "what is happening" comes out empty, nothing is saved and no run is used.
• ·A saved report stays cached for 6 hours, free for anyone to open. Each one shows how many evidence items it cited and how many lines were removed.

Forge turns an idea, a Symbol, or both into a launch. Models write words and look; supply and allocation follow rules only.

   Engine confirms each deployment on its chain: sent by your signed-in wallet, contract created. Account lists it as pending, confirmed, failed, or unconfirmed after 24h.

No custody. Symbolics never holds keys or funds. Engine relays only read-only chain calls such as gas estimates, balances and receipts; your wallet signs and sends. Forge asks models for original names only (no real people, brands or existing projects) and for lore that reads as fiction. A finished package downloads as JSON.

AI features use runs: a Research report, a Forge strains run and a Forge package take one run each. Everything else is free, including Symbols, Intake, Docs, API reads, ticker checks and cached reports.

• Runs reset at 00:00 UTC and do not carry over.
• All visitors without a wallet share at most 40 runs a day between them.
• A run is held while its call works and spent only on success. A refused or failed call costs nothing.
• Holding lifts a signed-in wallet from 10 to 30 runs a day. Balances are read from chain, valued at current $SYMBCASH price, and rechecked every few minutes.
• Runs are never sold, so there is nothing to top up.

For scripts, sign in, create a key in Account and send Authorization: Bearer sk_symb_… with each call. A key uses its wallet's runs and allows up to 60 requests per minute and 10,000 per day.
